In the MANGALASASANA PASURAM NUMBERS & KSHETRAM/AZHWAR-WISE page, Divya desam no: 40, Thiruparthan palli, it is mentioned as Pasuram no. 67 in Mudhal Thiruvandhadi speaks about Thiruparthan palli temple and perumal. Can you please share the pasuram/explanation, as I am not able to find the mention of the divya desa perumal on reading the pasuram. Thank you.

As per your chart, Bharani nakshatra girl matches with chithra nakshatra boy, but the girls side mentioned that for bharani nakshatram their astrologer mentioned that kanni, vrichikam and meenam rasis are not allowed. Namaskaram, we are Telugu 6000 Niyogi brahmin of 'Haridasa' gothra. We were informed recently by the Purohit performing Shradda for my mother that no such gothra exists. But no other purohit pointed this out till so many years. Unable to know if this is probably corruption of 'Harita'.
By the way my father was born in a village iin Kollengodu - Kerala. Thanks

Haritha Gothra is the real correct name that corrupted through centuries, people staying in different part of this country corrupted it with more local pronouncing!

Basically thanks for the detailed article related to sathputhras, I found it really helpful, as I am newly married and looking for a baby. My question is ,only for women with 28 days cycle will have ovulation period from 14 to 16, but if a women is with 30 to 35 days cycle ,the ovulation period starts on 19th only. what can be done for these people who wants to get sathputras ?is there a way for them in the sastras? if it is ,please let us know .This information will be really helpful.

Yage nakshatras does not match is what i learnt with my limited knowledge on astrology. In Astrology section, I see that Makam star of girl matches with that of Makam star of boy. Is that true?

Hi,
I stumbled upon your site,while looking for some basic astrology notes. I was doing some searching for bride for my son and i have two daughters to be married.The strangest thing that struck me was,people rely more on this piece of paper matching than more than anything else. Even if the boy and girl like each other in so many ways,they reject on basis of astrology. Now what decides a good life? mind with maturity or the stars?
Is any one brahmin by birth? how can anyone claim he is a brahmin by being born to brahmin father? now a days so many people claim they are brahmins,but they will be working for cow eaters or meat eaters in US or else where for money,while coming to India,their show off ,bragging is extreme. Is this correct?
